How the Process Works

- Plan internal communications and launch the initiative effectively.
2. Preparation
- Assess each team member with Hogan Assessments.
- Deliver individual feedback sessions to build personal self-awareness.
- Produce a Hogan Team Report that reveals group strengths, cultural patterns, and risks.
3. Team Engagement
- Facilitate a customized team session, in person or virtual, focused on alignment, trust, and collaboration.
- Offer optional monthly follow-up check-ins to maintain momentum, reinforce commitments, and ensure accountability.
Levels of Engagement
Depending on the depth of support needed, HRTools provides escalating levels of engagement designed to meet your team where they are:
Level 1: Foundation (One Day + Coaching)
A practical reset for new or restarting teams. Includes a one-day team engagement to learn shared values, the type of culture they create, and how they derail. Followed by interpersonal interactions and a team compromise plan.
Level 2: Acceleration (Three Months)
For teams facing change or seeking rapid improvement, this program builds on the foundation. A second facilitated session focuses on how the team has established new ground rules and is preparing for the future.
Level 3: Integration (Six Months)
A long-term program embedding new behaviors into daily routines. Teams gain deeper insights into their reputation, reinforce learning through on-the-job practices, and sustain momentum with ongoing consultant check-ins.
